These General Conditions should be read before purchasing any item or product through the Gigicassada.com website. These GCs regulate the relationship between the user (hereinafter "the User") and Gigicassada, LLC (Gigicassada.com).

These CGs also detail information on some relevant characteristics of the services provided by Gigicassada.com, such as customer service, delivery service, guarantees and added value that Gigicassada.com can offer directly. As well as the information about the bank, credit card or PayPal implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each of the provisions included in the GC that are published on the Gigicassada.com Website ("the website").

Registration and Use of the Site

Purchasing process

Buying any item through Gigicassada is a very simple process:

Shipping and Tracking

All Gigicassada shipments are made through the United States Postal Service (USPS), therefore the page will only ship to locations within the United States of America. Gigicassada is not responsible for sending any order that is destined outside the country of the United States of America.

The preparation time of the product is 1 to 3 days after the order was placed. And the delivery time of the order completely depends on USPS. However, you will be able to carry out all the tracking of the order from the Gigicassada page. Gigicassada is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the order since it is stored in the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Cancellations and Returns

The cancellation or refund request is made by entering the order details in the "Support" section.

About the cancellation of an order: Gigicassada is obliged to cancel and return the money of an order when the period of time since the order was made is no longer than 1 day (24 hours) except if the order has already been sent. In any case, the cancellation request is accepted, the status of the order will become "Canceled" and the money will be returned. If more than the estimated cancellation time has passed, it will be up to the Gigicassada administrators whether to cancel and return the money or not.

About the return of the order: Gigicassada does not undertake to accept requests for product returns, the administrators of Gigicassada are responsible for accepting or rejecting return requests and it will depend on them and the specific situation of each order. If the return request is accepted, the following requirements must be met to proceed with the return of the money:

It is essential to have the complete product as it was delivered, that is, with all the elements (labels, accessories, packaging, original manuals, etc.).
The customer must pack and return all the products included in the order within a period of no more than 4 days (96 hours). The customer is obliged to provide via message (in the "Support" section of the order) the valid tracking code of the returned package.

If returned products are found to be damaged, the money will not be returned.
